Job Description

Alcoa is seeking a Security Advisor to lead enterprise cybersecurity across IT and OT, providing strategic guidance, risk assessments, and governance alignment. You will partner with IT, engineering, and business teams to design secure-by-design solutions and strengthen cyber resilience.

You will influence security programs across Cloud, IAM, Zero Trust, and data protection, while supporting compliance with standards such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001 in a global manufacturing setting.
