Key responsibilities
- Provide high quality administrative support to the Financial Adviser
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial advice documents, applications, and follow-ups
- Deliver all documentation efficiently, accurately and to identified timeframes
- Schedule and prepare for client meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM and financial planning systems
- Action workflows within the desired time frame
- Provide general office support including filing, scanning, and document management
- Greet clients and prepare refreshments e.g. water, tea and coffee
About you
- Proven experience (2 years) in a financial services, administration or similar role
- A general understanding of the financial services industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-outcome focus
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail and deliverable oriented with ability to follow through and manage outstanding tasks
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate skills in MS Office suite, particularly in Word & Excel
- Complete tasks and responsibilities without direct supervision and be proactive in achieving desired outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to plan and co-ordinate workload and meet competing deadlines
- Maintains a positive, can-do attitude while adapting to changing demands
