We’re working with a growing digital marketing agency that’s looking for a Client Success Manager to join their Brisbane team.

THE ROLE:

- Managing relationships across a portfolio of 15+ clients
- Acting as the key point of contact
- Running client meetings, providing updates and talking through campaign performance
- Working closely with internal specialists across Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
- Being able to confidently understand and explain digital marketing strategies
- Identifying opportunities to improve client results
- Managing expectations, timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
- No business development or cold calling
