We are looking for experienced optometrists and optical dispensers to help create the content independent practices rely on, combining practical knowledge with technical expertise. This could include short courses, webinars and in practice resources for Opticare Academy, our on demand training platform.

You do not need to be an Opticare customer, and you do not need to leave your practice. This is a broader initiative to build capability across independent optometry, and we are adaptable on structure, from ongoing contract work alongside your current role to something more permanent for the right person.
