Myotherapist / Remedial Massage Therapist

Motion Myotherapy is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Myotherapist or Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing team.

We have an established client base, strong community reputation, and consistent demand for appointments. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a therapist to work 3–4 shifts per week, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Our modern, newly renovated clinic is located on busy High Street in Northcote and is fully equipped with electric massage tables, HICAPS, online booking software, EFTPOS, high-speed internet, and everything you need to focus on treating clients while we take care of the administration and marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing Myotherapy and/or Remedial Massage treatments

- Assessing and treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions

- Developing personalised treatment plans

- Educating clients on injury prevention and self-management

- Maintaining accurate clinical notes

- Working collaboratively within a supportive team

Essential Requirements

- Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy or Diploma of Remedial Massage





- Current ABN

- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

- Health fund provider numbers (or eligibility to obtain them)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing

- Strong manual therapy skills

- Great Client Communication

- Dry Needling

- Cupping Therapy

- Joint Mobilisation

- Exercise Prescription

- TENS

Experience

Clinical experience is preferred; however, motivated new graduates who are eager to learn and develop their skills are encouraged to apply. Mentoring and support can be provided to the right candidate.
