What you'll be doing As the Clinical Nurse Consultant – AYA, you will provide expert clinical consultancy, leadership and specialist nursing support to patients, families and healthcare professionals. You will drive evidence-based practice, lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of services that deliver exceptional patient-centred care.
In your role you will be responsible for:
- Deliver advanced clinical consultancy and expert specialist nursing care across complex clinical environments.
- Lead and support quality improvement initiatives, service development and innovative models of care.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and education to nurses and multidisciplinary teams.
- Initiate, lead and apply research that strengthens clinical practice and improves patient outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic planning, project management and the ongoing evaluation of AYA services.
