About the Role: Are you an experienced hospital pharmacist with specialised skills in aged care and/or rehabilitation care looking for a rewarding role?
Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused pharmacist to join our Rehabilitation and Aged Care Pharmacy Team. This role offers the chance to deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services across a diverse and rewarding patient population.
As part of the pharmacy team, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management, improve patient outcomes, and support high-quality, person-centred care for older adults and patients undergoing rehabilitation.

Work in a Specialist Rehabilitation Facility: The University of Canberra Hospital (UCH) Specialist Centre for Rehabilitation, Recovery and Research is Canberra's first purpose-built rehabilitation hospital, providing care for patients recovering from surgery, injury, neurological conditions, and mental illness. The hospital has a strong focus on innovation, recovery, and research and includes 140 overnight inpatient beds,
75 day-places and additional outpatient services.
Professional Development: The CHS Pharmacy Department operates a successful AdPha Accredited Residency Program, an excellent intern program and several Registrar Training Residency Programs. You will have access to ongoing professional development, mentoring, teaching and research opportunities.
Innovative Practice: Be part of an innovative pharmacy department that continues to expand scope of practice and implement new models of care, including Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting, credentialed accuracy checking technicians and remote clinical pharmacy services.

The position is offered on a permanent part time or full time basis on site and includes participation in weekend, after‑hours and on‑call rosters. Applicants must be able to work these shifts.
