Requirements
- Bachelor degree in psychology
- 3+ years clinical experience as registered Clinical Psychologist
- Current registration (can be non-practicing)
- Well established knowledge of disability and psychological injury management
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of insurance industry preferred
- Workers compensation experience highly regarded
Responsibilities
- Provide early intervention and management of workplace psychological injuries
- Conduct peer-to-peer discussions with Clinical Psychologists and GPs
- Conduct case reviews and provide expert opinion on medical strategy
- Provide internal training and coaching to case managers
- Support capability uplift in clinical management
