We are excited to grow our team with a new Microsoft Azure Specialist/Solutions Architect who will partner with our sales team to promote and accelerate adoption of our Software Licensing offerings.

About the role

- Act as a ‘one stop shop’ for Azure customers by understanding Azure services, solutions, support options, and customer enquiries.
- Lead customers through the sales process, including solution pitching, quotations, upselling support options, and closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft, and internal Data#3 stakeholders to deliver quality customer service.
- Complete Azure-related risk analysis, including Azure Offer vs Azure Plan, EA to CSP, and CSP to CSP transitions.
- Estimate Azure consumption costs and create service quotes for optimisation, migration, health checks, remediation, and related Azure services.
- Provision Azure tenancies/plans and onboard CSP and support customers, including ServiceNow support setup and logging support calls.




- Identify optimisation opportunities through Azure Hybrid Benefit and Reserved Instances while clearly positioning Data#3’s value and solution offerings.
