The Role

We're looking for a specialist with deep, hands-on knowledge of Deltek Cobra and its integration with Deltek Open Plan (OPP) to support a Defence project management framework. This is a great opportunity for someone with genuine technical depth in cost management and Earned Value Management (EVM) tooling to play a specialist advisory and support role across a complex program workplace.

You'll bring practical experience synchronising time-phased cost data with active project milestones, ensuring scope, schedule and budget data integrate cleanly to satisfy government and corporate reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Support integration of Deltek Cobra with Deltek Open Plan (OPP), ensuring accurate synchronisation of cost, schedule and scope data
- Maintain cost management and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting in line with government and corporate standards (e.g. DCMA, EIA-748)
- Support critical path analysis, resource levelling and detailed timeline modelling within OPP
- Provide specialist advice on Cobra/OPP configuration, data integrity and reporting accuracy




- Support the CASG Project Management Framework through accurate cost and schedule integration

Required

- Current NV1 security clearance
- In-depth knowledge of Deltek Cobra and its integration into Open Plan (OPP)
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and reporting standards (e.g. DCMA, EIA-748)
- Experience integrating cost/schedule tools with scheduling engines (e.g. OPP, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6)
- Essential CASG experience
