Challenger Services Group is seeking reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaners to join our team at a up-to-date, professional facility in the heart of Sydney CBD. Working within a vibrant and high-profile environment, you'll play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for staff, students, and visitors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values attention to detail, and is looking for long-term employment with a trusted national employer.

Roster: Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm OR Monday to Friday 11:00am - 4:00pm

Location: Sydney CBD, NSW

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll be responsible for:

- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Cleaning bathrooms, amenities, kitchens, and shared spaces to a high standard.
- Emptying bins, managing waste disposal, and ensuring common areas remain tidy and presentable.
- Sanitising high-touch surfaces and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the building.
- Replenishing consumables including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Following cleaning schedules, workplace procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
- Working independently and as part of a team to deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

About You

You'll be someone who

- Has previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).




- Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Is reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Can work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Is physically capable of performing cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Holds a valid Police Check or is willing to obtain one (mandatory).
- Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
