We're looking for a commercially sharp, data-driven Business Partner to work closely with our venues and leadership team, turning insight into action and helping shape smarter decisions across the business.

THE ROLE

As Commercial Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to venue and leadership stakeholders — bringing commercial rigour, data accuracy, and systems thinking to every decision. You'll help ensure our tools, processes, and reporting drive real efficiency and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include

- Partnering with stakeholders to provide commercial insight that informs decision-making
- Championing data accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting
- Following and improving processes, flagging opportunities for greater efficiency
- Identifying and helping resolve system issues calmly and clearly
- Supporting compliance and audit readiness across the business
- Using tools and templates with purpose to drive quality outcomes
- Sharing your expertise to help others navigate systems and processes with confidence




- Upholding all regulatory obligations (e.g. RSA/RCG/AML) relevant to the role
- Reporting incidents and hazards in a timely, responsible manner

What You'll Bring

- CA or CPA qualification or working towards (essential)
- Proven experience in a commercial, finance business partnering, or analytical role
- Strong data and systems literacy, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to compliance, safety, and continuous improvement
