Key Responsibilities

- Manage your own commercial litigation matters, running proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide clear, practical advice on complex disputes to a wide-ranging client base.
- Draft persuasive pleadings, affidavits and court documents to the highest standard.
- Appear in court and work closely with senior and junior counsel on case strategy.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through confident communication.

About You

- 3+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation




- Proven ability to manage matters independently and achieve strong outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Confident with modern legal research tools and technology
