Your Impact

We're looking for 2x Commercial Project Specialists to join our Innovation & Disruption team, supporting the delivery of new products, packaging changes and commercial initiatives across both our Alcohol and Non-Alcohol portfolios.

Working closely with Brand, Innovation, Category, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality teams, you'll manage projects from concept approval through to launch, ensuring key milestones are delivered on time and in line with our Stage & Gate process.

From coordinating new product launches and packaging refreshes to customer initiatives and value improvement projects, you'll play a key role in turning great ideas into products that reach consumers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage commercial and new product development projects from concept approval through to launch.
- Drive project timelines, governance and delivery through the Stage & Gate process.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders aligned to key milestones.
- Facilitate project forums, monitor progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Support financial planning, project budgets and project reporting.
- Partner with teams across Innovation, Brand, Category, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance and Quality.
- Provide clear project updates and recommendations to support business decision-making.

About You:





- Experience in project management, commercialisation, product development or NPD within FMCG, food or beverage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting where priorities can change quickly.
- Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Stage & Gate or similar project management frameworks.
- Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, project management, food science, engineering or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Naturally curious with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for helping people succeed through change.
