We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Affairs team and help drive impactful internal and external communications that strengthen our brand, engage our people, and support key business priorities.

In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to develop compelling content, deliver communication campaigns, and enhance audience engagement across multiple channels.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and deliver strategic communication plans that support business objectives.
- Create engaging content for internal and external audiences, including articles, newsletters, leadership communications, presentations, and digital channels.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify communication opportunities and provide expert advice.
- Support corporate campaigns, change initiatives, and key organisational projects.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Help protect and enhance the organisation's reputation through clear, consistent, and timely communications.

What you'll bring

- Support the development and delivery strategic communication plans aligned to business objectives.
- Create engaging content for internal and external audiences and channels, including intranet articles, presentations, website, social media, events, and media.
- Coordinate and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and engaging.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify communication opportunities and provide expert advice.
- Support corporate campaigns, events, change initiatives, and key organisational projects.
- Track and report on communication performance metrics, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
- Help protect and enhance the organisation's reputation through clear, consistent, and timely communications.
