- Occupational Therapist Level 1-2: $40.05 - $57.14 per hour
- Social Worker Level 1-2: $40.05 - $57.14 per hour
- Registered Nurse: $41.22 - $57.88 per hour
- Psychologist: $42.19 - $61.76 per hour

In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging Location: Liverpool/Fairfield Community Mental Health Service

Achieve Something Great The Early Psychosis Intervention Program (EPIP) is a multidisciplinary community mental health program, providing specialist, assertive outreach support for young people, aged 16 to 25 experiencing their first episode of psychosis (FEP).The team assists clients and their families by providing a clinical care coordinator to help navigate both the health system and to provide psycho-social support for the young person's recovery.

EPIP Offers a Range Of Services Including

The team is not centre-based, providing significant proportion of their activity at the young person's home. EPIP is unique in SWSLHD in that when a young person with FEP requires an inpatient admission to Liverpool Hospital, our team will look after that person in hospital also, greatly improving the continuity of care. Being a pool clinician is unique! You will be filling a vacancy in the team listed; as other vacancies arise throughout our service you may be required to transfer into another position and share your skills within our service!You will be based at Liverpool, however future opportunities may also present at Ingleburn, Campbelltown, Ambarvale, Bankstown, Fairfield, Bowral and Wollondilly based mental health services.

The Mental Health Professional’s role is as a clinical care co-ordinator and is responsible for providing evidence-based, strengths focused, recovery orientated assessment and treatment within a multi-disciplinary team and coordinating consumers' recovery plans. The role is also responsible for non-clinical tasks including participation in quality improvement activities, clinical supervision and participation in administrative responsibilities as required.

Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

- Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or CSU Graduates: Bachelor of Health Science (Mental Health).
- Please provide a detailed description of your interest and motivation in applying for this role highlighting your relevant skills & experience in providing assessment and treatment for consumers of the mental health service.

- Using an example, describe a time where you have had to work as part of a team to solve a problem. Outline the communication skills used and how you ensured the problem would not occur again.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
