Who we're looking for
We're a registered home care and disability support provider based in Preston, and we're growing our team of Support Workers across the northern and north-western suburbs.
We're looking for people who genuinely care — not just those who do the job, but those who take pride in helping older people and people living with disability live independently, comfortably, and with dignity in their own communities.
Our client base reflects the diversity of Melbourne's northern and north-western suburbs. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds — and if you speak Italian, Greek, or Macedonian in addition to English, that's a genuine advantage in supporting our community.
The role
- Casual position, working Monday to Friday
- Minimum 12 hours availability per week to pick up scheduled visits
- Work close to home across Melbourne's northern and north-western suburbs
- Duties include personal care, domestic assistance, social support, community access, and transport to appointments
What we offer
- Weekly pay — consistent cash flow, every week
- Flexible scheduling — you choose hours that work around your life
- Paid training and access to our online Learning Management System
- Career progression — real pathways for growth within our team
- Employee Assistance Programme — confidential counselling and wellbeing support through our third-party EAP provider
- Employee recognition — local and national programmes that reward great work
- Supportive leadership — a hands-on management team that's accessible and responsive

About you
- Warm, reliable, and genuinely passionate about supporting others
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for rostering and progress notes
- Bilingual in Italian, Greek, or Macedonian — highly regarded

- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Services (or willingness to obtain)
