Your Recent Role

As the APS6 Connections Support Lead, you will coordinate and support the onboarding and implementation of digital connections for external partners, software providers, and organisations integrating with national digital platforms. Acting as the key liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and internal business units, you will help drive successful integration outcomes while improving service delivery processes and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include

- Coordinating connection and implementation activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Providing advice on technical standards, implementation requirements, and security obligations.
- Building strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Managing issues, risks, and dependencies throughout implementation activities.
- Supporting service improvement initiatives and process optimisation.




- Contributing to project delivery, working groups, and business improvement programs.

What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful, you will bring:

- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience.
- Experience working in project, program, service delivery, or implementation environments.
- The ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex setting.
- Experience interpreting technical information and translating it into practical business guidance.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with technology, digital transformation, healthcare, government, or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
