Job Description

Northeast Health Wangaratta is seeking a dynamic clinical leader to join our Specialist Clinics team. The role involves providing clinical leadership, supervision and contributing to strategic direction to improve patient outcomes.

You will drive policy development, quality improvement and integrated care initiatives, working with the NUM and other leaders to align workforce planning with service priorities and budget targets.

Travel and accommodation is provided. Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable. Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.

Locum cover is required from 28 - 30 September 2026. Shift times: 0700 - 1700 | 0700 - 1200.

Locum cover is required from 8 - 25 September 2026. Shift times: 0800 - 1600 | Monday to Friday.

Locum cover is required from 10 August - 16 October 2026.



Shift times: 0800 - 1600 Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri | 0800 - 1400 Thu.

VIC Hospital paperwork; BLS Certificate; CRC (<12 months); VIC WWCC; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); Indemnity; Medicare provider number.
