Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Developer to lead the design, development and enhancement of high-quality, scalable software solutions across our digital ecosystem.

In this role, you'll drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams. You'll play a key role in shaping technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence across our platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure applications and integrations
n
- Drive full lifecycle delivery—from ideation through to deployment and continuous improvement
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex full-stack issues
n
- Champion code quality through reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices
n
- Optimise application performance and identify bottlenecks
n
- Ensure security best practices are embedded and vulnerabilities addressed
n
- Introduce and embed current technologies, frameworks, and engineering standards
n
- Mentor developers and foster a high-performing,



collaborative team environment

- Support production teams to resolve issues and improve user experience
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- 5–7+ years' experience in software development
n
- Strong expertise in C# .NET, React.js, Vue.js, and SQL
n
- Experience designing scalable architectures and applying design patterns
n
- Proven ability to optimise performance and resolve complex technical issues
n
- Solid understanding of web security best practices
n
- Hands‐on experience with CI/CD pipelines
n
- Exposure to Azure (PaaS preferred)
n
- Strong data modelling and SQL optimisation skills
n
- Demonstrated experience leading development from concept to production
n
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
n
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
n

Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
n
- Microsoft Azure certifications (highly regarded)
n
