Casa Spirits is seeking a agile Victorian Field Sales Lead to manage and grow our VIC on-premise and off-premise accounts. You will live in the field with your team, coaching BDMs, driving selling capability, and ensuring we hit volume, distribution and revenue targets across channels.

The role requires 3–5+ years in field sales, strong leadership, and a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive market.
