We are currently seeking an experienced and people-focused Operations Manager to join the leadership team in South Hedland. Working directly with the CEO, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future direction of a well-established, community-focused early learning service while leading a dedicated team of educators and professionals.

Key responsibilities

Lead with integrity, empathy, and professionalism

Build strong relationships with educators, families, and the broader community

Inspire and mentor teams to achieve their best

Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Manage change and support service improvement

n

Influence service quality, culture, and growth

Work closely with the CEO on strategic direction

About you

n

Relevant Early Childhood Education and Care qualification

n

Demonstrated leadership experience within an early childhood education and care setting

n

Robust understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard

n

Current Working with Children Check and relevant mandatory certifications

n

Strong understanding of quality early childhood education and care

n

Committed to creating inclusive and welcoming environments for children and families
