Job Description

Little Gordon Café in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a passionate Café Manager to own day-to-day operations, lead the team, and drive commercial performance. You will manage labour, stock, cost control and ensure exceptional coffee, food and service to guests and accommodation guests.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop catering opportunities and contribute to the café's evolving morning and lunch trade while maintaining high presentation and food safety standards.
