The Criteria:

- Previous experience as a Body Corporate Manager or Strata Manager
n
- Experience managing or an eagerness to manage larger and more complex schemes
n
- Strong understanding of the Body Corporate industry and relevant legislation
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
n
- Professional, proactive and client-focused approach
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
