Key Responsibilities:

n

As a Service Crew Leading Hand, you'll play a vital role in keeping our underground operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

n

n




- Leading and mentoring your team to complete service crew tasks safely and efficiently.
n
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing underground services (air, water, pump lines, ventilation bags, secondary fans, cables, pumps, explosive areas, and more).
n
- Operating Integrated Tool Carriers to transport equipment and materials underground.
n
- Conducting inspections, pre-start checks and ensuring work areas meet safety standards.
n
- Installing grout, plates, and tensioning cable bolts.
n
- Training new crew members to build a strong and capable team.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' underground service crew experience.
n
- Competency in operating Integrated Tool Carriers.
n
- Working at Heights Certificate.
n
- Desirable: Dangerous Goods Security Card & Senior First Aid.
