As Compliance Program

Manager, you will lead critical university-wide compliance and safeguarding initiatives, driving programs focused on antisemitism and racism prevention, gender-based violence prevention and response, child safety, and reportable conduct obligations.

Reporting to the Director, Legal, Compliance & Integrity, you will partner with stakeholders across the University to strengthen compliance capability, deliver assurance and education initiatives, and embed best-practice governance and risk management frameworks.

About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- Lead and maintain University-wide compliance programs associated with HES obligations as they relate to antisemitism and the prevention of racism, GBV Framework obligations and Child Safe Standards.
- Coordinate compliance monitoring, internal reviews, action plans, evidence repositories and reporting.
- Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures, guidance, standards and operating frameworks.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as People & Culture, Safer Community, academic portfolios, vocational education and other business units to coordinate compliance obligations.
- Develop and coordinate training, awareness campaigns, communications and resources to strengthen university wide understanding of compliance responsibilities.
- Identify trends, lessons learned and opportunities for improvement; benchmark practices and contribute to strategic planning and compliance maturity uplift across the University.
