As part of our growing Support at Home service, you'll play a vital role in helping consumers, families and carers confidently access and navigate the care and support they need to live well at home.

As a Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for consumers, providing a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry through to service commencement and ongoing support. You'll build meaningful relationships, coordinate services, manage enquiries and ensure consumers receive timely, accurate information every step of the way.

Working closely with Care Partners, clinical teams, schedulers and external providers, you'll help deliver a connected and personalised care experience that supports consumers to remain independent, engaged and thriving in their own homes for longer.

About the Role

As a Concierge, you'll provide exceptional customer service and administrative support across the consumer lifecycle. You'll act as the primary point of contact for enquiries, intake activities, onboarding, service coordination and ongoing consumer support, ensuring every interaction is delivered with empathy, professionalism and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include

- Providing high-quality support across phone, digital and written communication channels.
- Managing consumer enquiries, intake and onboarding activities.
- Supporting consent and eligibility processes.Coordinating service requests, appointments and purchase orders.




- Providing information on available services, funding arrangements and support options.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation across multiple systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Managing competing priorities while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Identifying issues, escalating concerns appropriately and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You You are a customer-focused professional who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional organisational skills and take pride in delivering outstanding service.

You'll bring

- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, administration, coordination or support roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
- Strong documentation and record management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams while taking ownership of your work.
- A commitment to privacy, confidentiality and quality service delivery.

Highly desirable:

- Experience in aged care, healthcare, disability or community services.
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling or intake environments.
- Exposure to CRM, telephony or workforce management systems.
- Understanding of privacy and compliance requirements relating to health information.
