With work secured well into the future, they are seeking an experienced Concrete Patcher to join their team on a long-term project. Your New Role
Working as part of an established construction team, you will be responsible for carrying out concrete repair and patching works throughout various stages of a large-scale high-rise build.
This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes in line with project specifications.
Your duties may include
- Patching and repairing honeycombing, blowholes, chips, cracks and surface imperfections in concrete
- Grinding, sanding and preparing concrete surfaces for repair works
- Applying patching compounds, repair mortars and finishing products
- Restoring concrete columns, walls, suspended slabs, stairwells and structural elements
- Colour matching and blending repairs to achieve a consistent finish
- Conducting quality checks to ensure repairs meet project and client standards
- Working alongside concreters,
formworkers and site supervisors to complete defect rectification works
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area in accordance with site safety requirements
- Using a variety of hand and power tools to complete repair and finishing tasks
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 12 months' experience as a Concrete Patcher
- Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Previous experience on commercial or high-rise construction projects ideal
- Ability to identify and rectify concrete defects to a high standard
- Own hand tools highly desirable
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work Monday - Friday with potentially some Saturday work
