BLC Queensland is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our growing team, with multiple positions available across Moreton Bay, Logan and Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial landscaping and construction projectsthroughout South East Queensland.
The successful candidates will play an important role in supporting our site teams and contributing to the safe, efficient and successful delivery of projects across our growing landscaping business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with a range of construction and landscaping activities
- Undertake manual labour tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Prepare, maintain, and clean work sites to ensure a safe and organised environment
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
- Hold a valid Construction Induction (White Card) before commencing employment
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
About You
- Previous experience as a Construction Labourer or in a similar role within construction or landscaping
- Minimum of 1+ years experience in construction or landscaping roles
- Physically capable of performing manual labour tasks with care and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- A clear commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive team-focused attitude
- Must have Australian work rights and authorisation to work in Australia
