About the role

We are seeking a Consultant to join our Applied Legal Technology team in Sydney.

As part of a national team, you will work closely with lawyers and colleagues across the firm to provide technology and information management solutions that support complex disputes, investigations and regulatory matters.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in legal technology, eDiscovery, document review or information management who is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll combine technical expertise with project coordination, stakeholder engagement and consulting, helping legal teams leverage technology to deliver better outcomes for clients.

Working alongside experienced Specialists, Managers and Directors, you'll gain exposure to market-leading technology, high-profile matters and a transparent pathway for career progression within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

- Support legal teams with the effective use of legal technology and information management solutions across dispute and regulatory matters




- Coordinate and contribute to matters and projects, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved
- Process, manage and analyse data using a range of legal technology platforms
- Assist with database administration, user management and matter set-up activities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, logs and matter records
- Build strong working relationships with lawyers, internal stakeholders and external providers
- Contribute to training, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across the team
- Assist senior team members in delivering technology solutions and best-practice advice to legal teams

About you We're looking for someone who brings:

- Approximately 2-3 years' experience in legal technology, eDiscovery, investigations, document review or information management
- Experience with Nuix, Relativity, Nuix Discover or similar legal technology platforms
- Strong technical troubleshooting, data management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders
- A proactive and curious mindset with a genuine interest in building a career in legal technology
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment
- Experience working within a professional services, legal, consulting or government environment will be highly regarded
