Working within our Education and Marketing business unit, you’ll lead improvement initiatives that simplify processes, strengthen operational performance and create an exceptional experience for our candidates. You’ll use data, feedback and operational insights to identify opportunities for improvement, while exploring how technology, automation, AI and digital tools can support more efficient and effective program delivery.
You’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation, including Education, Technology, Data, Risk and Compliance, Member Support, Account Management and Careers Engagement. You’ll also contribute to strategic initiatives, change activities and governance requirements that support the continued evolution of our education programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Continuous improvement: Lead and implement initiatives that improve operational delivery, workflows and the overall candidate experience.
- Technology and innovation: Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, data and digital solutions to improve efficiency and program delivery.
- Candidate experience: Use surveys, focus groups and feedback channels to understand candidate needs and lead meaningful improvements.
- Data and insights: Partner with Technology and Data teams on reporting, dashboards and analytics that support informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder engagement: Build solid relationships across the organisation and represent the CA Program in stakeholder forums and working groups.
- Operational oversight: Support timetable planning, candidate pathways, website content, knowledge resources, Salesforce queues and shared inboxes.
- Change management: Plan and deliver change activities,
including impact assessments, stakeholder communication, readiness planning, training coordination and post-implementation reviews.
- Governance and compliance: Work with Education, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure program operations meet internal governance and external education requirements.
ABOUT YOU You’re a collaborative and solutions-focused leader who can turn complex operational challenges into practical, sustainable improvements. You’re comfortable bringing people together, influencing across organisational boundaries and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
- Extensive management experience across operations, program management or continuous improvement, ideally within higher education, professional education or another complex candidate-facing environment
- Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement and change initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills
- The ability to use data and insights to guide decisions and improve operational performance
- Experience working with governance frameworks, compliance requirements and risk management processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
Experience with education technology platforms such as SITS, D2L or Salesforce will be advantageous, along with project management, risk mitigation and experience identifying opportunities for AI, automation or other digital solutions.
