Our Directors have worked in the industries we recruit for. We've spent time on drill rigs, mine sites, construction projects and operational environments, giving us a genuine understanding of the people and businesses we support.

But we're about more than recruitment.

Over the last few years, we've hosted industry networking events, partnered with charities, supported community initiatives and focused on creating genuine value for the mining, drilling and civil sectors.

We're passionate about connecting good people with good businesses, bringing industry professionals together and giving back to the industries that support us.

A lot of these stories never get told.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for someone who can help capture and share the people, relationships, partnerships and moments that make LH Partners what it is today and what it will become tomorrow.

This isn't a traditional marketing role.

This role would suit someone looking to become part of a business, not just a supplier to it. We want someone who wants a seat at the table, cares about our industry and wants to help build something special over the long term.

The Role

Working directly with our Directors and leadership team, you'll create content across both our business and personal brands.

One week you might be:

- Attending industry networking events
- Capturing content with clients and candidates
- Producing short-form video content
- Interviewing people and sharing their stories
- Supporting charity and community initiatives
- Creating content that reaches thousands of industry professionals

We're not looking for someone to schedule social media posts. We're looking for someone who can tell stories, build relationships and bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Create content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram




- Produce and edit video content
- Capture photography at events and client meetings
- Write LinkedIn posts, articles and newsletters
- Support the personal brands of our leadership team
- Assist with event promotion and coverage
- Manage our content calendar
- Create marketing collateral and presentations
- Build and maintain a content library

What We're Looking For

- Strong writing and communication skills
- Photography and videography skills
- Video editing capability
- Organised and self-motivated
- Comfortable talking with people from all walks of life
- Someone who takes ownership and pride in their work
- Someone who is excited by building relationships and being part of a growing business

Bonus Points

- Mining, civil or recruitment industry experience
- Journalism or media background
- Event experience
- Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Drone licence
- Experience building your own personal brand, audience or content platform
