About the Role

Due to continued growth, Securitas has an exciting opportunity for a Casual ASOC Operator to join our team, supporting a high-profile, secure corporate technology environment based in Erskine Park, NSW.

Location: Erskine Park, Hunting wood NSW

Employment Type: Casual

Shift Timings : 12 hour shifts -6AM to 6PM / 6PM -6AM based on operational requirements

Key Responsibilities





- Operate and monitor ASOC systems in line with site SOPs and client requirements.
- Monitor and manage CCTV, alarms, access control, and integrated security platforms.
- Identify, assess, escalate, and document security incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate responses with on-site teams and stakeholders as required.
- Maintain the safety and security of people, property, and sensitive information at all times.
- Deliver professional and consistent communication across all ASOC channels.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate Securitas’ core values in all interaction

Minimum Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

- Current and valid NSW Security Licence.
- NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
- Strong alignment with Securitas’ values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and incident reporting capability.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to rotating day and night shifts.
- Previous experience in an ASOC, SOC, or security control room environment is highly regarded.
- Experience with CCTV, alarm monitoring, and access control systems is desirable.
