About the Role

This is a newly focused opportunity to shape how experimentation and personalisation is done across Accent Group. You'll own the CRO roadmap, identify high-impact opportunities and build a robust test-and-learn program across ecommerce and digital experiences. You won't simply wait for a brief; you'll use data and customer behaviour to proactively identify where we can do better.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the CRO and experimentation roadmap across ecommerce and campaign landing experiences
- Build and manage a prioritised testing backlog aligned to customer and commercial opportunities
- Use behavioural insights from GA4, FullStory and Voice of Customer data to identify friction points and opportunities
- Develop customer-focused hypotheses across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, retention and reactivation
- Design and launch A/B, multivariate and holdout tests using Bloomreach
- Work with developers, designers and UX teams to bring test experiences to life
- Scale successful tests into always-on personalisation through audience segmentation and targeting
- Facilitate ideation sessions and workshops with Brand, Digital, Product and Merchandising teams
- Build frameworks and toolkits to embed an experimentation mindset across the business
- Report on test outcomes and clearly communicate what worked, what didn't and what should be done next

About you

- Demonstrated 3–5+ years' experience in CRO, experimentation or digital optimisation, ideally within retail, FMCG or high-volume ecommerce
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise experimentation and personalisation platforms

- Experience setting up tests, developing audiences and delivering personalisation use cases
- Experience with CDPs, server-side testing, HTML/CSS/JS or relevant CRO, digital marketing or analytics certifications
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, testing methodologies and statistical significance
- Experience with GA4, FullStory or similar behavioural and analytics platforms
- Ability to work effectively with developers, designers and digital product teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear and actionable insights
- Experience working within Agile environments
