Cooks, Cashiers & Service Staff Wanted – New Castle Hill Store

Craig Cook, The Natural Butcher is opening a brand-new store in Castle Hill in early October, and we’re building our team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join us across both our cooked food section and butcher shop.

We are currently seeking

- Cooks / Kitchen Staff

- Cashiers

- Customer Service Staff

About the Roles

Depending on the position, duties may include:

- Preparing and cooking ready-to-eat and takeaway food

- Food preparation and presentation

- Serving customers and providing friendly, efficient service

- Operating the register and handling transactions

- Restocking and maintaining attractive displays

- Keeping work areas clean, organised and food-secure

- Supporting the butcher shop and cooked food team as required

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

- Friendly, reliable and customer-focused

- Comfortable working in a busy retail food environment





- Able to work well as part of a team

- Well-presented and organised

- Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts

Previous retail, hospitality, cooking or food preparation experience is preferred, but training can be provided to the right candidates.
