About You

You are an experienced financial services lawyer who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys being a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.

You'll bring

- 10+ years' post-qualification legal experience gained within a leading law firm, financial institution or a combination of both.

- Deep financial services expertise, with exposure across regulated environments such as wealth management, banking, asset management, investment management, private banking or financial advice.

- Strong knowledge of financial services regulation and a broad understanding of AFSL obligations.

- Experience advising on credit, lending or margin lending matters, with exposure to non-licensed or regulated lending highly regarded.

- Corporate, commercial and litigation experience, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide pragmatic, commercially focused solutions.

- Experience reviewing and negotiating investment management agreements and other sophisticated client and commercial arrangements.

- Outstanding stakeholder management skills,



with confidence engaging directly with executives and senior business leaders.

- A highly autonomous and self-directed approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
