Fortitude Protective Services is growing, and we are looking for high-calibre Security Officers to join our expanding corporate security team across premium sites throughout Sydney.

These are full-time opportunities suited to security professionals looking for consistent work, professional environments and the opportunity to build a long-term career in corporate security.

We are currently recruiting for:

- Control Room / Controller Officers
- Rover / Patrol Officers

THE ROSTER FULL-TIME COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED

Our corporate operations run on a structured rotating roster:

2 WEEKS DAY SHIFTS

2 WEEKS NIGHT SHIFTS

REPEAT

Applicants must be able to commit to the complete rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays where required.

CONTROL ROOM / CONTROLLER

As a Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining effective security operations from the control room and responding professionally to incidents across the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring CCTV and security monitoring systems
- Managing access control and security systems
- Monitoring alarms and responding to security events
- Coordinating emergency responses
- Managing and escalating security incidents
- Maintaining detailed control room logs and reports
- Liaising with emergency services, building management and key stakeholders
- Following site procedures and emergency protocols
- Maintaining a calm,



professional approach under pressure

Previous control room experience is highly regarded.

ROVER / PATROL OFFICER

Our Rover Officers are responsible for maintaining a strong security presence throughout the site while providing skilled service to employees, clients and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting regular internal and external patrols
- Monitoring the site for security risks and hazards
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activity
- Responding to incidents and security-related matters
- Assisting staff, visitors and contractors professionally
- Supporting emergency response procedures
- Enforcing site access and security procedures
- Completing accurate patrol and incident reports
- Maintaining a visible and professional security presence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for officers who represent themselves and Fortitude Protective Services to a high professional standard.

You should be

- Fully licensed and compliant
- Available for full time employment
- Able to commit to the 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights roster
- Professional and well presented
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Confident communicating with staff, clients and visitors
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Calm and capable when dealing with incidents
- Strong in report writing and communication
- Customer-service focused
- Available for weekends and public holidays as required





MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Current NSW Security Licence – MANDATORY

Current First Aid Certificate – MANDATORY

Full-Time Availability – MANDATORY

Ability to work the 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights rotating roster – MANDATORY For Controller positions, previous control room experience with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring and incident management is highly regarded.
