Tarzan Digital is a strategy and growth partner for the built world. We work with construction and infrastructure businesses across Australia, helping them show their work the way it deserves to be seen. We're a small team that holds a high bar on everything we put out. Video and media is how we tell the story, it isn't the whole of what we are.

This is a paid three-month internship built around mentoring. You'll work alongside our team and learn the craft across the whole agency, not just one corner of it: branding, strategy, social media management, filmmaking, photography, script writing and ad writing. It's a hands-on seat for someone at the start of their career who wants to build real skills and a real body of work, not watch from the sidelines.

What you'll learn and be part of:

- Branding and strategy: how we position construction and infrastructure brands and plan content that actually means something
- Social media management: planning, publishing and managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
- Filmmaking and photography: capturing projects, people and progress on real sites, to a premium standard
- Script and ad writing: shaping stories and writing copy that lands

What you'll be doing day to day:
- Out on site across NSW capturing footage and photos of live construction and infrastructure projects
- Editing and assembling content to our standard




- Managing media: transferring and backing up footage, creating and linking proxies, keeping the library clean and findable
- Supporting the team across shoots, edits and campaigns as we deliver for clients

- You love the creative game and you want to build a career, this one's for someone hungry to learn
- You've got an eye and a genuine work ethic
- You're comfortable on a worksite: reliable, qualified, and happy to get amongst it around trades and site teams
- You're organised, the kind of person who names their files properly
- You hold a current driver's licence, you'll be travelling to client sites across NSW
- Looked on favourably but not essential: experience with Premiere Pro

We're a small team and culture is a big deal to us. You'll be working closely with us day in, day out, on site and back at the studio, so how you show up matters as much as what you can already do. We back each other, we hold a high standard, and we want someone who wants to be part of that, not just clock a shift. A permanent full time position is on offer the right candidate.

Pay: $27.50 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
