We have an opportunity for a Crew Member to join our NSW Infrastructure Services team based in Rutherford or Bushells Ridge. Day to day you will:

- Perform asphalt laying duties including shovelling, raking and brooming
- Operate mobile plant and equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers and cab coat trucks
- Undertake road construction and maintenance activities, including working safely near live traffic
- Participate in toolbox talks, pre-start meetings, risk assessments and project-specific data capture
- Work collaboratively with crews to deliver high-quality outcomes safely and efficiently
- Support site operations while maintaining Fulton Hogan's safety standards and procedures

How you'll connect to the role?

- Previous asphalt, construction or civil industry experience, or a genuine willingness to learn
- Availability to work overtime, weekends and night shifts when required
- Current driver's licence,



with HR or HC licence highly regarded
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Mobile plant operating experience is desirable
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
