Your opportunity

As a Curriculum and Accreditation Coordinator within the you’ll play a key role in supporting the development, review and accreditation of courses and units across the University. Working closely with academic staff, Faculty leaders and professional teams, you’ll coordinate processes, prepare high-quality documentation and help ensure curriculum information is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

You will make an impact by:

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to coordinate course and unit development, review and amendment processes, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely and aligned with University requirements, and support student progression and transition
- Supporting internal and external accreditation processes, including researching requirements, preparing documentation and coordinating activities with accrediting bodies
- Researching and analysing information such as enrolment data, industry trends, course requirements and resourcing needs to support informed curriculum and planning decisions

accurate documentation and practical outcomes. You’ll join a positive, collegial and supportive team, with experienced Senior Curriculum and Accreditation Coordinators available to share their knowledge and support your development.

To succeed in this role, you will also need:

- A bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience in course accreditation administration or similar.

An Initial Teacher

Education qualification will also be highly regarded, though not a requirement.

- Research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information from a range of sources and provide sound recommendations
- Organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, engage stakeholders and meet deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate and well-structured documentation

Your opportunity is

- Full-time, continuing (permanent)
- Located at either Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, Gold Coast, QLD 4225, or Lismore, NSW 2480. Relocation assistance is available, making it easier to join our regional communities.
- HEW Level 5. The base salary ranges from $83,563 - $92,857 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $108,643 .
