Job Description

Mackay Regional Council is seeking a Leading Hand Maintenance professional to supervise a civil operations team in Sarina. Join us to deliver scheduled maintenance, coordinate staff, and ensure high standards of workmanship with a focus on safety and client service.

You will supervise road and drainage works, perform hands-on tasks, and mentor staff while promoting efficient practices and environmental compliance. A banded Level 5/6 role with market-competitive salary is on offer.
