Job Description
Redpath Mining is seeking a Leading Hand Service Crew to supervise underground service crews at Lake Cowal. Reporting to the Underground Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team, ensuring timely delivery of ventilation, water, air and pumping systems while upholding strict safety standards.

You will coordinate daily tasks, monitor equipment, and assist with site operations and shift reporting in a rostered 2/2 underground environment. A robust leadership background in mining is essential.
