Shannon Trust is seeking a Reading Strategy Coordinator at HMP Oakwood to lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme. You will work with prison staff, Shannon Trust volunteers, and mentors to maximise learning opportunities for people in prison.

Ideal candidates will have experience in prison settings and possess resilience, determination, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
