About the Position - Customer Delight

We operate a national heart monitoring service and send our HeartBug monitors all around Australia.

We have a whole team dedicated to this, the "BugCare Team” are responsible for ensuring that all our heart monitors are perfectly packed,



sent out on time and cleaned and refurbed when returned back from patients.

The workflow can be repetitive but you still have to work fast and meet the deadlines. All patient consumables (eg: electrode stickers and fly leads) and packaging (eg: boxes, stickers and labels) have to be replenished daily so you have to be physically able to lift and move boxes.

The BugCare Team also looks after the office which includes daily rubbish removal and tidying.

The main X-factor we are looking for is caring - do you care about our clinics and patients? Do you care enough to assemble the monitors perfectly? To send orders out same day? To do a perfect job? Our patients have heart problems and we want to give them the very best experience possible. This is a key role which goes directly to our mission - making healthcare friendlier - so we are keen to find the right person.

This is a full-time in-office role based in Hillsdale and the hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
