About the Role:
We’re excited to announce that we're opening another NEW STORE in Albany!!
We're seeking an experienced, motivated and hands-on Customer Service 2IC to join our team and play an important role in the successful operation of our new store.
Working closely with the Customer Service Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of the Front End while helping to lead, develop and motivate the Customer Service team.
As Customer Service 2IC, you will assist with the smooth running of the Front End and provide leadership and support to Supervisors and Customer Service Team Members.
Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one!
Responsibilities:
Customer Service 2IC responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Department Manager in meeting rostering requirements
- Provide leadership through the development and coaching of your staff
- Pro-actively meeting, improving and engaging your team on store presentation standards
- Provide training and coaching to optimise store and customer service standards
- Ensure store compliance with relevant legal and safety requirements
- Supporting our customers’ needs though excellent service
- Help create and support a positive team culture
About you:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is essential
- Robust analytical and problem solving
- Strong leadership skills
