Additional Information:
- These positions are temporary part-time roles, offering 30 hours per fortnight. The contracts are scheduled to conclude in April 2027.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
- To be considered for this role you will be required to attend a group interview on Thursday 1st of October.
- If you are successful for this role, you will be required to attend a 2-day Welcome induction.

Team vision ( title) About this work area Team vision (text) As Customer Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors to IKEA by providing friendly, effective, and efficient information for customers.
- Securing that all products passing through the entrance are paid for.
- Supporting other areas of Customer Relations including resolving customer service issues, maintaining shopping tools (shopping baskets, trolleys, and yellow bags) and catalogues.
- Supporting customers booking their home delivery and collecting their click and collect.
- Processing returns and resolving customer issues, recognising when to escalate to someone with higher authorization.
- Handling cash and card payments in a reliable, efficient,



accurate and friendly way.
- Recording information accurately in the system so we can continually make improvements to the customer shopping experience.
- Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience.

- Able to work closely with your team and other departments or work independently.
- Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and basic computer and systems literacy.
