About the Role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and hands-on customer service representative. This is a dynamic role that is responsible for customer service, gym operations, nutrition bar and administration & membership sales.

Position Overview - Provide exceptional customer service to visitors/members by addressing customer inquiries, complaints and issues promptly.

- Drive sales across memberships, supplements, apparel accessories and consumables to achieve individual and team sales targets.




- Demonstrate Robust understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offerings - Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beverages - Maintain cleanliness and uptake of facility and workstations - Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory records - Assisting in Events/Promotions and Class offerings Our Ideal Candidate - Previous CSR, Sales and Retail experience - Passionate about Health & Fitness - Proven experience in achieving KPIs and Sales Targets.
