About the role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you’ll support customers by phone and email with orders, online account enquiries, deliveries and returns. You’ll take ownership of resolving issues, process customer requests accurately and work closely with internal teams to provide a personalised and positive experience. Your passion for customer service, attention to detail and ability to solve problems will be key to your success.

About you

- Previous Contact Centre experience highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and have a positive attitude and are a team player.
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience in hospitality, wine, beverage, FMCG, or wine distribution will be highly regarded.
- A genuine interest in wine and the hospitality industry is advantageous.
