About the role

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our service team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role — the kind of environment where no two hours look the same, and you're the calm, friendly face keeping it all on track.

No prior experience? No problem. You'll be fully trained and supported by experienced team members.

What you'll be responsible for

- Warmly greeting customers and booking them in for vehicle servicing and repairs
- Confidently explaining and recommending service work and relevant products identified by our Toyota-trained technicians
- Juggling a busy, ever-changing workload — multiple customers, phones ringing, and workshop updates — while keeping everything organised




- Managing customer workflow using dealership systems
- Keeping customers in the loop and reassured, even when things get hectic
- Staying friendly and unflustered when a customer is frustrated or a day doesn't go to plan
- Working closely with technicians and teammates to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Taking full ownership of customer enquiries from start to finish

What we're looking for

- A naturally friendly, bubbly people-person who loves customer interaction
- Confident selling and recommending products and services — you know how to do this without being pushy
- Great time management and organisational skills; you keep your day on track even when it's busy
- Calm under pressure — you don't rattle when things get hectic
- You genuinely enjoy a quick-paced, high-volume environment rather than just tolerating it
- A true team player who pitches in and supports the people around them
- Reliable and willing to learn new systems and automotive knowledge
