Customer Service & Sales – Retail & Office

Poolwerx | Applecross & O'Connor Full-Time

We’re looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused person to join our Poolwerx team in a varied full-time role combining retail sales, customer service and service quoting.

You’ll split your week between our retail stores and O'Connor office, helping customers in-store as well as preparing and following up quotes for repairs, equipment replacements and other pool solutions.

The Role

Retail Sales

- Water testing and providing pool care advice
- Helping customers choose chemicals, equipment and cleaners
- Retail sales and customer service
- Assisting with day-to-day store operations

Service Quoting & Sales

- Preparing quotes from technician recommendations and customer enquiries
- Speaking with customers about repairs, replacements and equipment options
- Following up outstanding quotes
- Helping customers choose the right solution for their pool
- Working with our technicians and retail teams to ensure accurate quotes and great customer service

About You

Pool industry experience would be ideal, but we’re happy to train the right person. We’re looking for someone who:

- Is confident, friendly and enjoys dealing with customers
- Has a natural sales mindset without being pushy




- Is organised with good attention to detail
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Can work independently and take ownership of their work
- Is reliable, adaptable and willing to learn

Experience in pool and spa, retail, trade sales, quoting or customer service would be highly regarded.

Location

You’ll mainly work between our Applecross store and O'Connor office, with shifts across our other Poolwerx stores when required. A current driver's licence and ability to travel between locations is required.
